Why do you have a tendency to go towards certain roles or industry? The answer lies in our bazi - as I always share, it carries our "DNA". But, let's take a step backwards.. what makes up our bazi and "DNA"? It is due to our destiny where we were born on a certain date and time, hence our bazi was created. Our job is then to interpret and read into the bazi elements in the chart and its formation. In this article, I would share how through your bazi elements, which industry you are drawn towards or have affinity with. On top of that, some bazi insights to what our talents are. Ready? Try plotting your bazi and take a look, are you working in the industry based on your bazi? (You can download any bazi app and punch in your birthdate and time. No conversion into Chinese lunar calendar period is needed.) An easy way to spot is if you have many elements tilt towards a particular element. If there is, you are likely to be working in the particular industry indicated. For those with a mix of elements, one may usually transit through a few different industry or roles. Hence, for beginners, this is an easy and fun way to just take a quick look through just 1 layer. To analyze accurately and advice on a clearer path to your suited industry and role, a 4 layers rule would give a clearer picture. The 4 layers rule to decode from your bazi:
Here is a reading I did for someone in relating to career. We are usually interested to know what are the talents and weakness of a person along with their current job. This is then read together with their luck and boss luck. To give some insight, you could immediately tell that the person is:
These can be derived from his elements in bazi where the interaction between fire and water elements with the Jia wood element representing himself. And once you apply the 10 gods which represent his character, you can read how this person functions. Of course, this is just the layer 2 of the reading. Other layers includes the next thing to look at is if one goes through good luck to push his career to the next level. If yes, one would likely excel. If not, he may go into the cycle of switching industry – where he always has the tendency to go into a field which requires in depth knowledge. But this also means, he would always have to start from scratch.. Through my experiences, people who are in the “grey zone” – someone who is neither outgoing nor too much of an introvert, tend to get such issues. Why? This can only be down to they seem to fit everywhere but they tend not to realise their real talents. Or which function or traits is best suited for them to flourish. This is a condo project that is between new BTO units project (Canberra Vista) and the landed properties at Jalan Sendudok and Jalan Kemuning. Getting a unit in this new condo launch? We share some perspective through our fengshui review. Project Facing and Surrounding – East Facing For a start, the property site faces East and likely has a double 9 facing formation. This is an extremely lucky formation and facing but the surrounding landform needs to support to trigger the luck to property. Taking a close look at the surrounding, however, the project’s front faces the high rise BTO site. High rise apartments in current day context are deem as mountains. And at the back of project, there are low rise landed property structure. For this project to enjoy the best of luck, there needs to be favorable "water" in roads leading to the entrance, which is lacking. The back of project also should have high rise building. Such though is unavoidable in a concrete jungle city - hence the scarcity of property with great feng shui. Summary and Units Facing
For the units wise, all of them have a North South facing orientation – a good thing to have. Here is a summary of our analysis:
As there are various units from 1 bedder to 5 bedder, the best unit would need to be carefully picked based on surrounding, floor plan lay out and its orientation. All the best to your selection! An EC that is launched in Yishun, just next to Symphony Suites. The new condo is located at a new part of Yishun at Yishun Close that is developing. The project consists of units ranging from 3 bedders to 5 bedders. While potential buyers looking at projects from North, we review and found some observation from fengshui perspective to this new condo. 1. Facing of units - is it really North South facing? On paper, the site plan of the units seem to be North South facing. Least it looks good enough to avoid most of afternoon sun. But from the feng shui perspective, as the units orientation are estimated to be facing at 15 to 20 degrees+/-, this means the properties is likely to be facing the intersection of 2 different direction from feng shui perspective. As per the image above, units could face either North (癸) or North East (丑) sector (circled in yellow). This means units could: a. potentially be facing North or North-East based in orientation (for North facing units). b. or potentially be either face South or South-West based in orientation (for South facing units). c. From fengshui aspect, facing a different sector would affect the reading of the unit and influence the auspicious sectors of property. This is with exception for blk 43 and 45 where some stacks are East West facing. Hence to do a selection from feng shui perspective, it is important to know which are the better units to select due to this grey area scenario. 2. Which may be the better blocks? The project sits on an almost rectangle shape of land. Personally, I prefer some of stacks from block 25 and 27. This is more due to its location within the project due to its proximity. 3. This is a period 9 property. The project would be completed in 2025. This is something important to note for calculation of property luck versus those that just TOP from now till 2024. What this means is the property would be a period 9 property. Period 8 properties are those from 2004 to 2023. And period 9 is from 2024 to 2043. 4. Potential poison arrows? Properties are aligned diagonally across the project. This means some units/stacks may be receiving poison arrow from surrounding nearby blocks within the estates. 5. Facing from Symphony Suites For buyers whom are looking to buy stacks facing Symphony Suites, there is less worry of any poison arrow from opposite blocks. As shown on image below, the block from Symphony Suites has a direct facing rather than diagonal facing. (Hence no corner edges are pointing to North Gaia) Hope the above gives you an quick additional consideration to your property selection! Often, when I plot their bazi chart, the next question is, “Do I have wealth element in my bazi? How many are there?”. You can probably predict where this goes. And yes, many would be disappointed when I say none or only 1. While those has a handful, their face brightens up like a camera ready to flash for the next pic. Over this article, I will share my thoughts on why wealth element is not everything to gain wealth. And through your bazi, when is your wealth luck coming even if you don't have it in your bazi. Our Bazi Chart – and how to see any wealth element? Your bazi is a map to your life through the interaction of 5 elements and the categories in life the element represents. The categories is in a gist of how I can put to it in a layman term per below:
These 5 elements is then further broken into what we call “10 gods” (十神). It further help us define into your characteristics and things in life during reading of bazi. Depending on your Day Master's element, what you control is your wealth element. So for example, if your day master is Wood, your wealth element is represented by Earth. (See the red arrows per above 5 elements cycle) Likewise, if your day master is Metal, your wealth element is represented by Wood. Use any bazi calculator, and explore your chart! Just punch in your date of birth and hour (If unsure of hour, just assume 1 first). Case Studies A client with good wealth luck. He is a Fire (丁) day master. Metal is what Fire controls and hence is the Wealth element. Notice he has just 1 Wealth element. The client is in fact born into a rich family and is happily married now. Money has never really been an issue to him in life. Client with average wealth luck. She has a Earth (戊) day master. Water is what Earth controls and hence is the Wealth element. Notice the numerous wealth elements in her chart but she is unlike the first chart in wealth luck. In fact, she is more tight-fist over money matters. Golden Question - Does the number of wealth element matter? There is no straight forward question to this answer. But if anything and generally, no. In a normal bazi chart, you need just 1 wealth element to be wealthy. (not inclusive of special category chart). On the contrary, if you have too many wealth elements, there is a chance you may have poorer health or be henpecked! A case of 财多身子弱. Steve Job’s bazi chart was analyzed by many practitioners and there was possibly no wealth element. Yet, he is one of the richest men at one point in time. (We will come to that in a bit..) As such, you can see that there is no simple easy way of – “Oh! I have many wealth element.. it means I am (going to be) super wealthy!”. Surprise! There are other areas that can help bring wealth! Here is a surprise to share with you. These other categories of stars and areas in your bazi can have positive impact to bring you wealth too. Categories of Stars: - Career - Thinking/Creativity Areas in Bazi - Bazi Structure - Your Luck Pillar Career Depending on your bazi chart and structure, your career star can bring you not only wealth but fame or authority in life. One with such stars usually can take the responsibilities and ease up the career ladder or is well liked by bosses. When their bazi structure allows, one typically rose to be leaders in their own fields or are in senior management. But when one has such talents, gaining wealth also means certain sacrifice in life (e.g. family time or leisure time). Thinking/Creativity You maybe thinking how can thinking stars in your bazi bring you wealth. The logic is simple. In bazi relationship, your thinking star grows your wealth stars. Using the production cycle in 5 elements, for a Metal day master, your wealth is Wood. Water is then Metal's thinking. The formula is hence: Metal (self) produces Water (thinking) and produces Wood (wealth). This route typically belongs to roles in marketing, design or innovating fields. Bazi Structure This is probably less mentioned in bazi context. But, this is also an area that can define you as ability to reach the top or being the Average Joe. (When I mention Average Joe, one can also earn comfortably so long as one tap on their given talents indicated in their bazi.) I shall not go into this area as it would be a lengthy write up, but just to give you a flavor of other areas in bazi other than purely wealth star. Luck Pillar This is the luck that one goes through at different stage of our life. In our bazi, each luck pillar define 10 years of our life's luck. And this define from young to when we aged. Using sailing as an analogy, think of it as you sailing out in the ocean. If its a choppy sea and bad current? You can think of the movie "Poseidon". Or you are enjoying good luck sailing through smooth favourable current. The golden tip is - when one is going through good wealth luck in luck pillar, one can enjoy good wealth too. This is even if you do not have Wealth element in your bazi. Conclusion
So I hope you have learn that in bazi, wealth star is not all you need to be wealthy. Certainly not the generic way of thinking - the more wealth star the merrier. Through other categories and areas in bazi, one can become wealthy or at least comfortable in life too. In life, we “win” some – the gaining of wealth, and we “lose” some – the loss of family time. Welcome to the new year 2022 – the year of the Tiger! Most of you would have heard before on name selection and choosing suitable characters. What is the logic? Is it just some myths? My aim today is to share with you on some of these areas. If you are expecting a Tiger baby, this article would be useful for you to know. With that, what names are favourable for those born in the year of the Tiger? Let’s look at some of the considerations and interesting info that you may not know. Interesting Fact: Tiger is a brave leader. Courageous, strong and roams in the mountainous area or jungle. They can be a little reckless at times and they are carnivore and hunt for food. Among the 12 zodiacs, they are also friends with other zodiacs such as Horse and Dog. They also dislike Monkey and Snake. This 12 zodiac relationship is actually part of 八字 fundamentals used in our destiny reading. Using these, it forms part of the knowledge and application towards Chinese name selection. In this article, I will show you some of the characters you can consider and should avoid in name selection for your baby. Favourable characters and radicals to consider for Tiger: 王, 大,君 Being the king and leader, these characters are suited for the Tigers. This enhances the luck of the Tiger to gain leadership and being the leader. 王, 玉, 玲, 珍, 环, 群, 太,天,添,旺, 环,琳,玮,琪, 珊 木,山,林 This is the Tiger’s natural habitat and would give comfort and protect the Tiger. 木, 林、森,树,琳, 柏,根,梁, 柔,岳,山,峰, 松,柞 午,戌 These are characters representing Horse and Dog. As friends, it brings allies, support and nobleman luck for Tiger. Horse also represents fire with Tiger being wood. This also forms a smooth flow of energy between Tiger and Horse. 许,武, 威,成,盛,城,冯,马,烈, 杰,丙,炳,炎,献 心,肉,月 These characters or radicals represent food and ensures an abundance in luck and not have to worry on food. 朋, 月,有,望, 惠,慧,恩,思, 志,忠,意, 悬 氵, 冫, 水 Tiger’s element in bazi is wood. With prescense of water, it signify nobleman luck and growth to the Tiger. 沈,净,冰,汃,冲,深,温,洪,鸿,浩,洲,洋,泳, 洁,凌 How about characters that are to be avoided by Tigers? 门,口 Tigers prefer to roam. With these radicals, it carries the meaning of trap and loss of freedom. 间,国,园,因,团,圆,和,如,古,名,吉,吕,知 辶,廴,虫 The radical represents Snake. In bazi and zodiac context, there is a clash against Tiger and represents potential harm. 过,逊,连,进,速,建,廷,庭,近,选 日,光 Tigers natural time to be active is at night. As such, they dislike day light and also it may mean being at risk of hunted. 日,晶,旺,星,晴,明,,晓,智,耀,光 申 The character represents Monkey in zodiac and bazi. It also represents a direct clash to Tiger and hence it is best to avoid. 申,绅,坤,伸, 侯 人,彳 Similarly, Tigers do not like being control by human. As such, names should avoid having any of the listed radicals or characters. 人,从,健,伟,伦,伊,佩,信,俏,侨,仕,何,保,微, 德, 律 The list of auspicious characters and radicals to be used and those to be avoided are not limited to these shown. This is not an exhaustive list of it. But I hope it gives you an idea a guide if you are picking a name for your baby. By the way, using the above, you may notice Tiger babies born under the following surname are therefore more suited.
林,王,马,许,沈,冯,炎,洪,温 With that, here’s wishing you a year of abundance in the year 2022 and 虎年行大运!Happy Lunar New Year! In property crazy Singapore, a service that is closely related to property would be fengshui related services. If you ask a neutral layman on the street, they would typically think fengshui affects wealth or general luck to occupants. But beyond the luck aspect, what are the areas that can be of considerations? Mostly, price, reviews and reputation. Before you engage your fengshui master, hopefully this article would help to give you a better context and some insights. I listed down the areas such as - fengshui applications, pricing structure, range of service you may get among the few areas you should know better. 1. Fengshui applications - luck activation or cures In the market, the main different fengshui applications to enhance luck, cures, protection in market are: a. Ornaments, crystals Different type of ornaments/crystals are used for purpose such as cleanse, wealth or relationship. b. Religion related items Rituals, talisman, deity or any ornaments maybe used. c. Household items link to 5 elements (Metal, water, wood, fire, earth) Focus is on interaction with identified feng shui spots at home using natural elements (e.g. plants, water items, fire/lights) to activate luck or as cures. (Personally, this is something I prescribe for my clients.) The focus is on what type of luck enhancement or cures the fengshui master uses. End of day, it is what you believe in and your preference. Example, using ornaments or religion applications, it would be obvious to the naked eye. However, using elemental items, this is easily blended into your house furnishing and cannot be detected otherwise yet effective. Pricing wise, you may be surprise that some of feng shui cures or for luck activation is actually economical and not at all exorbitant. Also, fengshui is not a religious practise but a Chinese metaphysics science subject. 2. Pricing Structure In Singapore, most property audit fees are priced to type of property. Mainly, price is categorized based on whether its HDB, condos and landed. So, a 2 bedroom property size of e.g. 800 sq ft is charged differently for public housing (HDB flats) vs a private housing (condo/private apartment) if you have done a pricing research. The pricing is then tiered based on number of rooms and size. Generally in the market, pricing is at approximately $500 - $600 and above for a 1 bedroom HDB property as a benchmark. Do check out what is covered as part of the fees too. Some pricing may or may not include essential fengshui services such as date selection. This is the same for other services like audit reports or overview bazi reading for occupants. I often hear from clients that some reports provided may vary from lengthy reports with in depth fengshui jargons, to some that are straight to the point action items. Some fengshui master may also not provide reports but just tell you verbally on site. So it would depends on individuals on what works. PS: Personally, regardless of a condo or HDB unit, there are only 2 rooms, XXX sqft. These are key areas that affect the manhours for our analysis. Hence, we adopt a different pricing from most where we charge based on property size and number of rooms, regardless of public or private apartments. 3. Your fengshui master and the kind of services rendered Say you have decided to shortlist a few fengshui masters, do speak to them. Just like engaging any service, comfort level with the fengshui master matters. Different fengshui masters have differing styles. You should be able to get the sense on top of the above pointers listed. 4. Fengshui systems used for auditing your property (something if you maybe curious about..) The most popular and widely used system is known is Xuan Kong Flying Stars (or 九宫风水). This can be used to find out if your property has favorable luck to its occupants and which area. But on top of that, there are various systems. (Yes, in fengshui, a proper system with formulas is used as part of fengshui audit processes.) So do ask your fengshui master if you are engaging. Other systems such as Xuan Kong Da Gua, Xuan Kong Liu Fa, Ba Zai, San He Feng Shui and the list goes on. Why ask this, you may wonder. Applications used for luck activations or cures can at times be link to fengshui systems used. Fengshui on its own is a Chinese metaphysics science. However, some practitioner may incorporate with religion practice. Hence, it is good to check with your fengshui master to get an understanding. Finally, with sharing of these considerations, I hope it helps to give a good idea during the search for your fengshui services needed.
Besides able to use fengshui to help you in life, it should allow you to have a level of comfort. After all, this is your home. How do you know if the person would appear to be snobbish? Or does one tend to be less tactful or....simply a rebel at heart? More importantly, if you may have similar traits, what actions should you watch to improve your relationship with people? What job functions/organizations are you more suited to? Today we examine this star in bazi and also sharing a simple case study. Matteo Guendouzi Guendouzi is a footballer who signed and became an Arsenal player in 2018. At one point, he was the golden boy. Playing well, catching attention from various clubs and being called up to the French national team. Ok, i know not everyone is into football. Let's just examine on his issues faced. Since 2020 to now, he has been with Arsenal and then on loaned to 2 clubs – Hertha Berlin and now in Marseille. Through his tenure in 3 clubs, there were various critics all link to his behavior. If you summarize, the keywords that came up: rebel, bragging, overbearing and attitude. Just like all of us at work. It is inevitable at times you get into trouble or unable to click with your co-workers. If its once, its just your luck. But what if this trend follows you around? How can we find this out from his bazi? Rebel – Output stars (Technical explanation) He is a weak 丙 fire person. (Earth is his output as fire produces earth.) As there are many Earth elements, it is a negative element and throws his chart into imbalance. Output denotes one's thinking and actions. (But if you just want to know why) Output action equates to what you say, think and actions. Hence, if output stars sit in your bazi chart, and if its not a favourable star to you, tendency is you can be tactless. In Guendouzi's case, people around him often bemoan on his behavior and his various comments at training. "Unlikeable " becomes a tag on you among friends/peers. Output also equates to like to show. Hence, the bragging issue. He was reported to have bragged about his wages to his opponent once during a match. If you notice, within the Output star, there is this name called “Hurting Officer” Usually people with such star would exudes certain "nose in the air" vibes. How about him rebel against his boss? Bosses, this is where you want to sit up and pay attention. If you prefer a yes man, it is best not to hire someone with strong unfavourable output stars. In bazi theory, Output stars attack Officer stars. Officer star usually represents one's bosses. Should the Output star be negative, usually, one would oppose frequently, landing one in trouble. During Guendouzi's tenure in each of 3 clubs, it was reported in news he has had issues with each of his bosses. This was often link to his attitude displayed and being labelled as "a pain to manage on daily basis". What happens if you have similar traits? In summary, one would offend easily especially if you have too many output stars. Often more may not be good. Considerations such as type of workplace, bosses should also be considered carefully to best suit you when choosing your job. Of course, one with such stars are also better suited to be in certain functions/industry. In fact, each star has its good and bad side. Do you notice people in job functions like marketing, arts have predominantly different characters vs those in finance or administration? Guess which job function output star people belong to. In truth, output star equates to creativity too. Hence, people with such stars are suited to be in marketing, creative or arts. The plus side of it. For bosses, depending on your requirements and hiring needs, hiring someone with the right stars would bring about higher odds of better fit. Someone with the output star would likely be vocal and is part of their DNA. Lastly for anyone of you at work, combining all these would help one to achieve better success at work. Not to mention, a happier you. While the houses are not built, we can use the available information to make fengshui analysis. When it comes to fengshui aspect of property, are you aware of any areas to look at when selecting? (e.g. internal, external?) How would you select? For a start, some of info needed include: age of property, orientation facing, property layout, surrounding aspect of property. This can get quite mind boggling for someone new to fengshui. Today, we delve in to look at some of the analysis insights. New BTO - Kovan Wellspring’s surrouding Situated right next to the Kovan MRT and Kovan Hawker Center, this can be considered a prime area in Hougang. A good piece of news is this BTO project is mainly North South facing. Generally, a favourable direction in a property's orientation. Surrounding this BTO project, it faces the Tampines Road and partially to Upper Serangoon Road. A quick view of the stacks surrounding... Block 215A and 216A would be facing Stars of Kovan on the opposite side of Tampines Road and or the low-lying areas of shop houses along Upper Serangoon Road. Generally, there do not seem to present any significant external structure that may cause feng shui issues. However, this is also dependent on any new construction activity. These 2 blocks would encounter 声煞 with the noise generated from the main road. This is especailly for stack 142 and 144 that faces the busy cross junction at Upper Serangoon Road. Home owners may enjoy less peaceful rest resulting from this. Remember, as part of good fengshui, we look at all factors to ensure home owners enjoy good rest and time at home. Units that may not face North South Take note, out of all stacks, 4 stacks may not be North South facing. These are stacks 142, 144, 162 and 164. (turquoise arrow, per below image) Basing on the site plan, these 4 stacks are near the border of the North South facing sector. (Basing on the 24 mountains) As such, some of units may in actual be facing North East (for stack 142 and 144). Likewise, some may face North West (for stack 162 and 164). In a fengshui analysis, each degree matters. Likewise, facing a different direction (North or North West) would mean a different fengshui for the property. This would have an effect on the property’s luck. Fortunately, some of the North West facing units may still enjoy good fengshui. In the event if you do have a fengshui analysis for your property, your fengshui practitioner would be able to advice you. Inner units may be a better pick but some potential external environment risk It seems that it maybe more peaceful with stacks in the inner facing. Of course, that is an assumption based on site plan. Units would least have a roof top garden which acts as a 明堂 (albeit not widely spaced) rather than busy roads. There would be a community club built right next to 214A and 215A. (red arrow, per above image) With that, those picking stack 136 and 140 should note of potential risk depending on the building structure of the community club. It is best to avoid odd or sharp structure that points to the stacks. There also may be external fengshui risk caused by "wall knife". (dotted red arrow, per above image) The good news.. or rather the good stacks.... Generally, there are possibly four stacks that enjoys the best fengshui among the 40 stacks. It fulfils most of the fengshui analysis principles and also the 玄空六发 system. For clients/potential buyer who have done the "Property Selection Fengshui Audit" for this BTO, you would have been notified of this in your report if this was the stack chosen. Conclusion
All in all, I have highlighted some of the potential pros and cons of this BTO project. Of course, the areas discussed is non-exhaustive. However, I hope this allows you to have some insights in your selection. Good luck and may you discover your choice units with good fengshui! This article is meant for new property buyers and those who maybe less familiar with fengshui. During my course of work, I notice clients seem to have some idea of how feng shui works. But to pinpoint when to do what, it becomes unclear. So hopefully with this article, it gives clarity to you. The image below shows steps where feng shui can be part of property selection process (in red). Stage 1 - Property Selection Using Fengshui This is really about applying fengshui right from the start. Typically, there are 2 scenarios. For new and not constructed property (e.g. such as new condo or bto selection), your fengshui master would help audit and select base on floor and site plan. The site location, the surroundings should form part of the consideration factors. For properties constructed, your fengshui master would visit onsite to your shortlisted properties to audit. Do you know that.. The key scope is now for your fengshui master to calculate based on formulas and doing analysis work. Most of the legwork. (Certainly not just "look see" like in movies.. haha) These would involve comprehensive areas of individual property such as: - time factor - internal layout of property - the location - surrounding and orientation of property. Pros: Property selection involves a comprehensive set of information. Your fengshui master can help point out the positives and flaws based on his analysis. You would hence be selecting a property based on good fengshui advised. So knowing what you are buying can prevent headache situations arising from bad feng shui. Remember, cures for bad feng shui can only help to minimize but not make it disappear. Cons: Resources. To look for a good property, takes a bit of time and property owners are expected to put in some cost. In the market, a fengshui home selection can cost anything between $100 - $300 on average per house. Depending on your luck and affinity, some may find a good feng shui house within 1 - 3 tries, some may take more. A good fengshui house though can really help one. As the saying goes: 一命,二运, 三风水 You decide though if its worth it to get a good fengshui property.. or leaving it to chance. Stage 4 - On Site Fengshui Audit Upon securing your new property, most property owners start to engage for fengshui services. Most property owners fall into this stage. The fengshui audit takes place onsite where readings are taken (similar to house selection stage for analysis and calculation). The findings can then be advised to home owners. In additional, fengshui solutions and placement are customized to individuals' bazi at this stage. These changes can be incorporated into renovation and design.** End result? A comfortable living environment for the family by enhancing luck of the property and rectify the negative aspects of it. Do you know that.. There are different schools of fengshui and likewise items used for luck enhancement or remedies. Hence some 'fengshui items' uses crystals or Chinese figurines or statues. Some may focus more on movements with relation to five elements that can invigorate the environment or qi. **Worried about fengshui solutions that does not blend in well due to its Chinese theme? Do you know that.. if you DIY to select a generic good date from tong shu, it is not customized to individual? There maybe clashes to home owners, so do use with care. Pros: Especially for move in, it is a long term endeavor as you are moving in to stay for possibly years. It is hence useful and important to use an auspicious date to boost one’s luck in this area. Not to mention a smooth move in and reno works. Cons: The worry about ignoring choosing an auspicious date for move in or reno is not only about smooth activity. It is also in fact, about avoiding triggering negative luck. This is especially true for renovation. Any earth related activities can have strong negative influence or impact which may go on for awhile to the property affected. Hence it is for a good reason to not only start on a good foot but to avoid such negative dates. Again, DIY using tong shu is too generic. Most may neglect personalizing to individual bazi. Meanwhile, as shared in my previous articles, key collection or first time opening the door to main house does not need any auspicious date selection. Since there is no significance to this activity.
