Home is where we rest, relax and spend at least a third of time in. Naturally, a place with good fengshui is needed to support that.
So, how can good fengshui be achieved? 3 criteria is required as part of our audit:
- Property's surrounding assessment
- Property's internal layout assessment
- Property's important aspects (main door, kitchen and bedrooms, 阳宅三要)
These key aspects forms the fundamentals of good feng shui management.
As we helped different clients to review and audit their property, we also notice clients tend to neglect the following.

- Do you know location of main door makes a huge difference? (regardless of direction you face)
- Do you know the same unit but on different floor may have different fengshui?
- Do you know buying near an empty plot of land has higher fengshui risk?
Most importantly, they can have great influence on the occupant's wealth, health and relationship matters.

- Modern fengshui solutions based on classical fengshui knowledge. Besides stringent formulas for your fengshui assessments, we also provide the best available dates to your auspicious dates selected. This is based on various date selection formulas, such as Qi Men Dun Jia system and not just generic Tong Shu date selection.
- Your friends can't tell. All fengshui luck activation or cures are guaranteed to blend into your proposed renovation themes. Your friends would not be able to tell that your house has been feng shui audited before.

Period 9 Annual Fengshui Audit - $298 and above
(A deposit of $100 can be made via e-banking, PayNow. Balance to be made on site during first appointment or upon commencement of services.)
For overseas audit, travel and accommodation cost would be borne by client. Kindly reach out for quote.
