Property Selection Process
Your shortlisted property units would be audited on site*.
Buyer would be informed if property is good for purchase within 1 to 2 working days.
(Note that no fengshui solution/report is provided as objective of the audit is to ensure property has good fengshui before purchase.)
Property Selection Audit fee: $168
For apartments, an additional $100 is chargeable for each additional level.
For landed properties, please contact us for a non-obligatory quotation.
Additional Notes:
- Occupiers' bazi info are not required. It is only required during full fengshui audit.
- Floorplan and site plan is required.
- No report is provided as this audit is to ascertain if property can/cannot be purchase.
*If property unit has not attain TOP, the unit's floor plan and site plan would be used for assessment.
