2. TOP units would be assessed on site (appointment and floor plan is required)
3. Buyers would be informed if unit is good for purchase
4. Occupiers' personal bazi are not required due to assessment is based on unit's fengshui only
5. Assessment does not include any form of cures/remedy or solutions to enhance better fengshui.
