This year can get married?

Is there any way we can know upfront on any year we should avoid to get married?

Recently, I got this query on a possible wedding date in 2018. As the person is born in 1988, it would not be a favourable year for any marriage. Naturally, it would be disappointing as it would mean looking at a possible date possibly only in 2019.

With that, I thought perhaps it would be helpful to provide a simple guide if you are planning for your marriage to look at any year(s) you should avoid. Hopefully, this would benefit any couples looking to pre-plan your date earlier in your favour.

Who should avoid in:
2018 (Dog)
Dragon (those born in 1976, 1988, 2000)

2019 (Pig)
Snake (those born in 1977, 1989, 2001)

2020 (Rat)
Horse (those born in 1978, 1990, 2002)

Lastly, if you are to considering to choose a date for your marriage, the ROM would be the significant day that requires a selection of auspicious date.

Abundant career luck but beware of the self-punishment clash
