Houses with long floor plans

Through my observations, due to the land size of some (and mostly smaller) projects, there is a tendency of the units being longish or in odd shape.

Now, we know its a little of a common knowledge to try avoid odd shape units. But how about long rectangle units like the one below?

The limitations for apartments with long or elongated floor plan is that the areas with good stars may not be in the property. It is of similar logic where to those odd shape houses where good stars sit outside the house. With that, if one wishes to buy such units, occupiers may not enjoy be able to tap on the good luck and qi.

Below is the same unit where I have assess with flying star analysis. The good stars (represented by 8 and 9 in red) are all outside the apartment unit. Occupiers whom bought this unit may not be able to enjoy the good luck and in this case, unable to enhance any wealth luck.

Of course, if you happen to buy such units with the good stars 'inside the house' then, one will enjoy the good luck. That said, units with imbalance floor plan also bring along health related issues and may affect different family members which I would not discuss here.

As such, best to assess the unit if you plan to buy. After all, once the house is bought, it would be for the long term. Being selective is key.
